Melissa's Journal Cover

Melissa Wolter is a former player and coach for Wisconsin Select. Originally from Waunakee, she went on to play college volleyball at UW-Parkside. After college she returned to the Madison area and coached with Select. Eventually she returned to UW-Parkside to become the head coach of the Rangers. Melissa is now the head coach at the University of West Florida and is also involved in USA Volleyball's Girls Youth National Team as an assistant coach. In 2004 she assisted with the team that won the gold medal at the NORCECA Championship in Puerto Rico that gave them a berth in this year's World Championships in China.
